Twin is committed to “making ordinary things extraordinary” and while they’ve yet to break the mould, they’ve laid some solid groundwork.
With over 100 games from Evolution Gaming and NetEnt Live, a commitment to tech features that enhance the user experience and fantastic customer service, we cannot wait to see where this new online operator goes next. For now, take a look at what they’ve done so far in our Twin casino review.
This casino was initially reviewed in February 2019.

Twin live casino is supported by two of the industry’s long-standing software suppliers – Evolution Gaming and NetEnt Live. Combined they provide this operator with 100 live casino tables that include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, other card games as well as game show titles such as Lightning Roulette. Bespoke tables were notably absent from their collection but as they’re still finding their feet, we’ll let it slide for now. We do hope to see branded Twin live casino tables down the line.
The area where you’ll find these table games follows the conventional structure we’ve seen time and time again – a grid-like layout of game titles. While you’ll find the functionality to sort and filter them (more on this later), game info and stats such as opening times, available seats, hot and cold numbers, and so on aren’t anywhere to be seen. If this operator really wants to position itself as one that puts its players at the centre, then small tweaks that enhance the user experience will undoubtedly do just that.
You’ll find frequent Twin promotions listed on a dedicated page. These are mostly slots based, however, we did come across one live casino cashback offer at the time of review. You’ll need to keep an eye on their Weekly Deals to see if there are any Twin bonuses that can be enjoyed on your favourite live dealer game.
The Twin VIP programme is thoroughly explained on site. It’s based on a levelling up system, so the more you play, the more rewards you’re entitled to. Every €1 (or currency equivalent) you wager earns 1 loyalty point, except bets on table games only count 10% towards the loyalty programme. You can keep track of your progress via the loyalty bar on your account, and once you’ve obtained enough, you’ll reach the next level and be awarded prizes that include wager-free cash, free spins, bonuses, tournament tickets and other surprises. They do suggest that there are hundreds of loyalty levels to aspire to, however, we much prefer the transparency other casinos choose to adopt.

Google Twin online casino and you’ll see that they claim to be the Best Online Casino. Sure, this could just be marketing jargon but when we see any operator bold enough to make such a claim, we can’t help but get our hopes up about how it all looks and works. Let’s begin with the former.
Once, Twin.com loads (quite quickly, by the way) you’re met with a fairly conventional structure of the top navigation bar and the typical promotional banner followed by various, categorised game tiles. We were pleased to see compact game tiles and advertising showcase the latest games on the Twin live casino page. It’s all neat with no unnecessary extras.
Other pages such as the Loyalty and Payment options ones make good use of visuals to break up the text that’s included there. Overall, it’s appealing, however, some brainstorming from their Design Team could propel it to new heights.
There are a few elements in terms of tech that definitely stood out. For starters, if you’re playing Evolution live blackjack and wish to navigate to another page, your gaming window will minimise and toggle to the bottom left of your screen on desktop. Much like the ability to make in-game deposits, we always appreciate any feature that allows us to keep tabs on our current live dealer game while performing any other account function we may need to. It would be great if this smaller window could be moved around though.
On that train of thought, they automatically keep track of your last played games and there’s the option to save your preferred tables within the My Games tab. If you’re looking for a particular table there’s the option to filter by providers and sort the selection in ascending or descending order, by popularity and suppliers. And if English isn’t your native tongue, their casino site is available in Norwegian, Finnish and German for your ease of use. Overall, we’re very impressed with how it all works.
Twin apps for Apple and Android are currently unavailable on either the App Store or Google Play. As we’ve illustrated above, their casino website works well on smartphone so there’s no need for the app anyway. We appreciate that this casino isn’t trying to peddle an app that doesn’t offer any benefits over the mobile site. Kudos to them!
Twin live chat is intuitively accessible via the blue Speech Bubble icon to the bottom right of the screen on desktop. When we began reviewing the site, we had some difficulty in loading NetEnt Live Roulette and decided to troubleshoot the issue with a customer care agent. The individual we connected with (in less than their typical 30-second response time) asked all the right question and followed up with an email once the issue had been resolved. If you prefer, you can get in touch via email and there’s a detailed FAQ at your disposal 24/7.

Based in the sunny island of Malta, this operator is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, and thus is subject to adhering to its licencing requirements in full. This third party’s mission statement is, in part, to ensure ”gaming is fair and transparent to the players, preventing crime, corruption and money laundering and… protecting minor and vulnerable players.” so our mind is always at ease when we spot that MGA logo in the footer of their site.
There isn’t too much said on the fairness of the games on site but as this operator is licensed by the MGA and their live dealer games come from trusted and reputable game providers, their integrity is a given.
Unlike a few other online casinos, Twin responsible gaming really put their players’ unique needs at the forefront. The availability of four limits – deposit, loss, session and wagering – means that you can make use of the one, or a combination of few, as best suits your gambling habits. The area on your account where you’re to implement these limits is equally simple to use with explanations of how each limit works and how it comes into effect with a quick overview of any active account limits. Overall, it’s no fuss and no frills, which is exactly what you need when it comes to such a delicate topic.
Twin was founded in 2017 by a group of industry professionals as “a clear-cut casino created for those who love casino games and good online entertainment”. It is owned in full by Oring Ltd. Casinos and based out of Ta’ Xbiex in the sunny island of Malta. There’s not much else to say as their journey’s only just beginning, but if they place their ”passion, drive and, above all, competence” at the forefront of everything they do, they’ll certainly reach unprecedented heights.
