If variety’s your thing, CasinoEstrella live dealer titles from over seven providers including lotto and one-of-a-kind games, might just make this operator the place for you. Paired with regular promotions and a superb loyalty programme, we think they’ve found a recipe for success. Only a few extra ingredients are needed to perfect their offering. And once they add those in, we’ll be the first to let you know.

CasinoEstrella live casino is run by a wide selection of games providers that is only rivalled by a few names in the industry. Depending on your location, you may find up to around 150 live games from the likes of Evolution Gaming, Authentic Gaming, Ezugi, BetGames.TV, Lyvegame and Visionary iGaming.
The first three names are probably familiar to you as their tables are found at many an operator whilst the latter three are not as readily available. The first offers a myriad of roulette, blackjack and baccarat games while the second specialises exclusively in roulette. The last two names too focus on the big three types of tables while BetGames.TV and Ezugi feature lottery style games in their line-up too.
An interesting inclusion in their selection is Yggdrasil’s Sonya Blackjack which is a sort of hybrid between RNG and live blackjack using ground-breaking motion capture. Their collection is certainly impressive, but we do wish it was better organised. There are no subcategories to filter the game tiles by and information such as the bet limits, the RTP and the number of available seats can only be seen once you enter the game. Some further technological enhancements will only serve to complement what they already have going for them.
Your CasinoEstrella welcome offer will vary according to where you sign up from. It may be a deposit bonus match or something else, but rest assured that the operator’s bonus team designed each one with your market in mind. It was refreshing to see that CasinoEstrella promotions are equally distributed across their product verticals.
At the time of review, they were running a leaderboard campaign centred around Authentic’s Foxwoods Roulette with weekly and monthly cash prizes up for grabs. We also opted in to receive notifications of CasinoEstrella bonuses by SMS and email, so once those start coming in, we’ll report back to you.
This operator compensates loyal players with SuperPoints that are earned by performing different actions and once enough have been accumulated, these can be unlocked in the SuperPoints Lobby (accessible from the Silhouette icon, then Bonuses) for offers that range from free spins to deposit bonuses and free money. To get an idea, this is what common account activities are worth:
The official CasinoEstrella VIP programme is their invite-only VIP Club where perks include exclusive VIP offers, weekly cashback bonuses up to 20%, higher deposit limits, faster payments and a dedicated account manager. All in all, it’s not as grand as some of the other schemes we’ve seen but the fact that it’s two-fold and accessible to more levels of play is good to see.
CasinoEstrella online casino’s brand colour of choice is a deep teal that offsets the white colour of the logo perfectly whilst buttons are a slightly lighter blue shade. The layout of their homepage is just as easy on the eyes with a large promotions banner at the top, a conventional Navigation bar beneath this followed by the usual grid view of the games on offer. But what lies beyond this and how do the other pages look? We loaded up our Dell laptop and tapped into our OnePlus 3T to find out.

As we hinted at above, the layout of CasinoEstrella.com is fairly commonplace. This isn’t to say anything negative about it, it’s actually quite pleasing on the eyes, however, its structure is something we’ve seen before. The nav bar gives access to seven areas of the site such as promotions, table games and that all-important Live Casino area. On the latter, you’ll see the grid format replicated with larger tiles at the top to showcase those the operator is choosing to feature. While this part of the site looks fine, the space of the large tiles could be put to better use by adding game stats there, as we mentioned above. Other sections such as Promotions and FAQ pages are all laid out to suit the information to be displayed on that page with images, heading and the use of collapsible sections as best suited.
CasinoEstrella mobile casino is a well-compressed version of their PC site. It’s very similar yet somehow looks more appealing on a smaller screen. A Hamburger menu sits discreetly at the top while the Deposit bar is adjacent to this. Below, you’ll see that Nav menu again that includes a Search function this time too. On the Live Casino page, the tiles are all the same size which means that users lose out on knowing which ones are featured. Other parts of the site such as the Promotions and Identifications pages could do with a smartphone refresh to make the input areas and buttons fit into the page better.
While the layout of this online operator being quite average may sound like a negative thing, it means that you could probably guess how to reach its different areas without looking at it. Whenever we found that we needed to perform a typical account task – say VIP level, deposit or search – our eyes automatically darted to the right place, just based on the previous experience. The standard stuff is in place, however, we’d like them to add the ability to save your favourite games and real-time game stats, such as a view of the hot and cold numbers in roulette, over the tiles. The tables we tried ran smooth and everything loaded within a reasonable time, so no real complaints here, only a few suggestions.
With respect to tech and functionality, the mobile version of CasinoEstrella.com is quite similar to their PC version. Obviously, things have been scaled down, but the same thing applies – everything is where you’d expect it to be. The menu at the top right leads to all the main parts of the site, but we believe that thumb nav would be better suited. To be honest, it’s fairly unremarkable, so we’d like them to take a leaf out of the books of those operators who are positioning themselves as gametech companies and make the necessary improvements.
At first, we were unable to access any CasinoEstrella apps for Apple and Android from their respective store. Once we accessed the mobile site we noticed a small notification advising us to install the casino app APK. It was easy enough to do (although we needed to change our app permissions) and we can confirm it’s a reskin of their mobile site that works in exactly the same way.
When you decide to add funds to your CasinoEstrella.com account, you can do so via the blue Deposit button. Depending on where you’re playing from (we signed up from Europe), you may have up to 10, if not more, of the most common payment methods to choose from. Unfortunately, information on the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, pending times and fees were not readily accessible on their site.
We queried some things with a support agent who confirmed that no fees are charged on deposits, the minimum withdrawal amount to be anywhere between €20 and €50, according on the method, and that the maximum daily withdrawal limit is €2,000/day. We’d like to see this information and more such as those all too important CasinoEstrella withdrawal time frames made public on their site somewhere, perhaps in their FAQ.
Should you need to check up on your account verification status or follow up on what to do if one of blackjack rounds hit a glitch, customer care is available through instant chat and email. You can message them at any time of the day but access to CasinoEstrella live chat is restricted to certain times of the day, specifically Mon-Thurs 10:00 – 00:00 CET, Fri 10:00 – 01:00 CET and Sat-Sun 10:00 – 23:00. We spoke with an agent at around 10.30am on a Friday to ask some general questions. We connected to them almost instantly and the agent was prompt and polite in their replies. Their opening hours may be a bit odd, but we were more than pleased with the service we received.

CasinoEstrella responsible gaming can be accessed by clicking the Silhouette icon, followed by My Account and then the named tab. From there, you’re able to set either a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit as you feel will best suit your needs while the addition of other limits such as loss or wagering ones will create added flexibility in how players choose to manage their funds.
There’s the option to set a cool-off period for an amount of time as you see fit. Their static page on this topic isn’t as informative as we’d like it to be as while they link to blocking tools such as NetNanny and Cyber Patrol, they do not provide direct links to charitable organisations that deal with the negative impact gambling may have. Overall, we hope to see them make some improvements in this crucial area.
