21UK live casino set itself up for success by partnering with industry-leading game providers, Evolution Gaming. You’ll find 60 variants of their four main games – blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker – on site including standouts such as Lightning Roulette and Dream Catcher. With all that choice, you’re bound to find one that suits your playstyle. To make picking a seat even easier, there’s the option to filter blackjack tables by the minimum and maximum amount you’re willing to bet. And, if betting behind isn’t your thing, you can choose to hide full tables. We’d like to see similar features applied to the other game categories as well.
Their bespoke offering is the exclusive 21.co.uk blackjack table, also brought to you by Evolution. It’s ideal if you prefer staking your chips in the evening as it’s open daily from 3pm to 3am and comes with €5 and €10,000 minimum and maximum bets. While it isn’t as extravagant as other branded tables we’ve seen, the game plays well and its vast wager levels make it one to try.
A nice touch to the 21.co.uk offering is the game information that complements it. While it’s not as detailed as our guide to casino games, it’s nice that they put the effort in to providing players with extra knowledge.
21.co.uk offers different welcome bonuses depending on where you’re playing from including free bonuses and deposit matches.
If you’re not much of a bonus hunter, you can choose to opt-out altogether and go straight to receiving 21UK promotions. The campaigns we came across were related to slots however their Table Rewards Club seems promising as it offers exclusive bonuses and promotions to players via email, SMS and telephone. Deposit matches, tournaments and more were also previously on offer so keep an eye on our current campaigns list for the latest 21.co.uk promotions
21UK alludes to offering a VIP programme however specific information on this is not readily available on their website. They claim to have 24/7 VIP support, account managers and exclusive VIP bonuses, gifts and events. At the time of writing this review, we hadn’t reached VIP status yet, so we’ll report back down the line. What we are certain of is their VIP table selection. Evolution titles such as VIP Roulette and Blackjack Diamond as well as their Salon Privé, where you play one-on-one with your own live dealer, create a true VIP experience.
21.co.uk knows how to make a good first impression. Its black and baby blue colour scheme – which remains consistent across the site – exudes sophistication while their James Bond-esque mascot and Bond girl lookalikes only add to that feeling. Immediate promotional imagery features felt and chips which lends to promise of their live casino offering. Read on to find out more about how the site looks on desktop and mobile.

The layout of 21.co.uk is centred – it almost looks like a full-width page – and all areas of the website are laid out where we expected to find them. Games, promotions, payments and support sit in a standard navigation menu at the top right for quick access. Beneath this, you’ll see categories of games made up of tiles for each individual title. It’s all pretty bog-standard but easy on the eyes so it’s fine by us.
21UK on mobile is identical to the desktop site in overall appearance. The promotional banner and grid of games are still present while other parts of the site are accessible from the hamburger menu at the far right. The single-page format is utilised on their text-heavy pages too which could be adapted for smaller screens for better readability. Again, it looks neat, but a few updates would be more than welcome.
Their desktop site functioned well on the HP laptop we tested it on with no lagging despite it not being responsive. Creating our account via PC was incredibly straightforward to do and navigating between various parts of our account was quick. The HTML5 games we played ran smoothly and as the number of tables we tried added up, we noticed a list of recently played games accumulating to the left of our display. That’s definitely handy for instant access to your favourites of the moment!
In terms of tech and functionality, the mobile version of 21.co.uk is pretty much the same as the computer version. Certain parts have been scaled down and adapted for smartphones such as the navigation bar and play and game info buttons. In general, it’s nothing to write home about, and with a few online casinos beginning to position themselves as gametech companies, we look forward to experiencing some unique innovations from their development team.
If you’re a mobile casino player, then you’ll be pleased to know that Apple and Android 21.co.uk apps are available. Both are updated monthly, however, their design and functionality are almost indistinguishable from the mobile version of the site. Even so, we recommend downloading the one that suits your device for ease of use.
Ready to become a depositing 21.co.uk player? Well, you’ll find the most common payment methods – namely Visa, MasterCard and Paysafecard – at your fingertips. Each one comes with a reasonable minimum deposit of €10, no fees and immediate processing times. The deposit page is simple to navigate however we hope that more payment options are made available in the future.
As is industry practice, withdrawals can be made to the same payment method of your deposit (excluding Paysafecard) and you’ll be required to enter your bank details in order to request your winnings. The withdrawal page is equally as uncluttered so doing so is no hassle. The minimum withdrawal amount is €10 while large amounts are paid in monthly instalments. Winnings are processed within 3-5 working days (i.e. excluding weekdays and bank holidays).
21.co.uk customer support is available through two channels (chat and email) where agents are contactable daily between 08.00 – 00.00. We spoke with them at around 4pm to ask a quick query about the games on offer and although we were placed in a queue for around a minute, our questions were replied to promptly and professionally. If you need to contact an agent outside of the aforementioned hours, you can contact them on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Due importance is given to providing players with the necessary means to control their gambling through internal and external 21.co.uk responsible gaming tools. The way the information is presented is somewhat overwhelming but it’s well-explained, which is exactly what you need if you’re considering applying gaming restrictions to your account. We expect more tools such as loss, session and wagering limits to become available to give customers a stronger handle on how they choose to play.
What do you think of 21.co.uk? Would you like to add anything based on your own experience there? If so, send us a quick message with your points at email@example.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can but until then see how the 21.co.uk facts listed at the beginning compare to those of other casinos ahead of signing up anywhere.
