Mohegan Sun, a casino and resort in Pennsylvania US, announced its plan to launch the Unibet brand following a strategic partnership agreement.
Kindred is set to offer online sportsbook and casino under the Unibet brand as well as a Unibet sports betting lounge within the Mohegan Sun Pocono property, in partnership with both Scientific Games for its US platform and Kambi for its sportsbook.
The deal is part of the group’s process to secure regulatory approval in Pennsylvania, and online operators are expecting to launch in Q1, however, no specific date has been disclosed.
Speaking on this, said Kindred’s SVP, USA Manuel Stan, said “We are excited and proud to extend our US footprint into one of the largest US states to regulate both online sports betting and casino.
